If you were a gamer back when the NES was the bomb, then you’ll enjoy this stop-motion video that recreates many of our favourite games such as Kirby, Mario, Zelda and Metroid. Although some of the items they use could of been more detailed, it is still a cool idea. I guess there isn’t much more to say other than check it out!

So I began to play League of Legends recently and I am kinda hooked to it. This is not a whole review of the game but a basic rundown of it. Anyway, for those of you who do not know what League of Legends (LoL) is, it is a strategy 3rd person game that invites you to take over the enemy’s base. The game and idea started on the Warcraft 3 engine in a custom game called DOTA. Due to its popularity, the creators wanted to create their own game and gain a revenue from it themselves. Thus, this is how League of Legends was born.

For a limited time only, Portal is free on Steam until May 24th! If you guys didn’t open steam for a while, this is the chance to get your free copy simply by downloading it. I suspect that this offer is launched alongside their promotion for their steam support for Mac computers.
As someone who played through the entire game in about 2 and a half hours, I say that Portal is worth your time and cost (especially when it is free). I will place the full (short) review on the game here later but for the time being, I would say that for any half-life or counter-strike gamers, you should definitely give Portal a try! Who knows, maybe it’ll hook you like it did to me.

Since this is the first game review, I want to introduce this section to the BlowMii website. Like other game review websites, I will be splitting the review into different sections including story, gameplay, presentation, uniqueness and finally, the final score. Nevertheless, within each section, I will also post a mini score for it as well. As I post more of these up, you are welcome to leave comments in the comment section to suggest any new sections you wish for me to talk about or just chat about the review.
